Recover a licence key

Enter the email you paid with. If it bought Pro, that address gets an email with your key and a one-click link that signs you in to your account.

The key is only ever sent to the address it was bought with. This page gives the same answer for every address, so it cannot tell anyone whether you have a purchase.

If nothing arrives

Check your spam folder, and that you used the address from your receipt. Still nothing after a few minutes? Email us through the support page and include the email you paid with.
