Short, because the software is free, runs entirely on your machine, and collects nothing you have not agreed to.

What you are agreeing to
By installing or using NVX Session you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not install it.
Licence
You may install and use the extension on any number of your own devices, free of charge, for personal or commercial work. You may not resell it, redistribute a modified copy as though it were the original, or remove its attribution.
Provided as is
The extension is provided without warranty of any kind. It works by rewriting network requests inside a browser whose behaviour is defined by someone else and changes between versions. It is tested, but it cannot be guaranteed to work on every site or in every browser build.
To the extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any loss arising from use of the extension, including lost sessions, sites signing you out, or work interrupted. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Acceptable use
The extension exists so that one person can keep their own accounts apart. Do not use it to evade a ban, to impersonate someone, to create accounts in violation of a site's terms, or for anything unlawful in your jurisdiction. Following a site's own rules remains your responsibility.
Availability and changes
The extension may change, and features may be added or removed. There is no commitment to a particular release schedule. Material changes to what it collects are announced in the changelog and reflected in the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
